Course content

Coaching Session

90 minutes with an executive coach 

During your team members one-to-one session via the Zoom platform, their coach will provide them with challenging feedback and input so that they can identify how to accelerate in their role or resolve any current issues.

Stage 1: Psychometric assessment

  • Thomas PPA which assesses individual work and leadership strengths 
  • 360° feedback from stakeholders, colleagues and team members

Stage 2: 90-minute face to face feedback session & coaching session

  • Discussion and interpretation of the assessments and setting of coaching goals and measurable outcomes

Post-Session

Documented action plan 

Following their coaching session, their assigned coach will provide them with a clear plan to help them to make progress in their career journey.
